Once the vehicle has arrived for repairs the first step is to disassemble the area that needs to be repaired. Once parts have been removed we re-inspect the vehicle to see if there is any additional damage that was not included in the original estimate.

If there is additional damage, Ronnie writes a supplemental report and we call or fax it to the insurance company for their approval. Once it is approved by the insurance company any additional parts will be ordered and an updated completion date will be given.
