Once the customer arrives they will be asked to complete a short form giving their name, address and information on their vehicle. Ronnie will take this sheet and go out to the vehicle to look at the damage. He will then go over the estimate with the customer and if needed, will submit it to the insurance company for their approval.

Some insurance companies have their own adjusters and will write their own estimates. If that is the case Ronnie will review their estimate to make sure everything is included. If additional repairs are needed, we will bill the insurance company directly.
