The customer will sign an authorization for repairs and will be given an estimated completion date. If prior arrangements have been made, we can take you where you need to go and pick you up again when your car is complete. We will also be happy to get your rental car set up and then Enterprise Rent-A-Car will pick you up when you drop off your vehicle and drop you off when your vehicle is ready.

Christy will order all the parts needed for the repair. If a deposit is made, the parts can be ordered before the vehicle is dropped off
